Veneto Sport Awards LLC is a family owned and operated business. Our founder  was born in Italy's Veneto region, to which we have strong ties. Selling sport awards is a natural outgrowth of our own love of sports and the outdoors: we enjoy road and gravel cycling, hiking, kayaking, and both alpine and cross-country skiing.

The Veneto region, located in the northeast of Italy, is renowned for its lovely historic cities filled with art treasures and architectural gems, as well as for the natural beauty of areas such as the Dolomites, where Cortina d'Ampezzo will once again host the Winter Olympics in 2026.  Montebelluna and the surrounding zone are the world capital of sports footwear manufacturing, with numerous manufacturers of ski boots, hiking and mountaineering boots, and cycling shoes headquartered here. Bicycles, bicycle components, technical sportswear, and sports eyewear are other major industries. The Veneto's inhabitants enjoy a wide variety of outdoor sports, including alpine and cross country skiing, ski mountaineering, snowshoeing, nordic walking, road and gravel cycling, mountain biking, hiking and trekking, hang gliding and paragliding, rock climbing, mountaineering, canyoning, and whitewater kayaking.

The background of our logo is a Venetian gothic window, one of the region's ubiquitous architectural features. The winged lion of St. Mark, patron saint of Venice, is the symbol of the Veneto region.
